Strokes of the Right Brush

Strokes of the Right Brush

We all follow a certain routine. Of course it differs from person to person, but there are somethings in a daily routine which is common for everyone.

One of the many common things everyone does when they wake up after a good night’s sleep is brushing their teeth.

Brushing teeth is something which is taught to a person since adolescence. Constant reminders from parents and other people in a house made us inculcate the habit in such a way that for most, starting their day without brushing their teeth is next to impossible.

The main purpose of brushing apart from feeling fresh from the minty essence of the toothpaste, it is also to keep the mouth and the teeth clean.

The Right toothbrush?

Right toothbrush

We were all very fascinated by different types of toothbrushes in the different shops we used to go to and buy them. There were so many designs and colours and then we did not know what actually mattered in a toothbrush and why buying the right toothbrush is actually necessary.

One of the main pointers a person must keep in mind while buying the right toothbrush is that the bristles of the toothbrush should reach the back molars of the person. The back molars are often neglected in the process of brushing which may result in cavities and also affect the gums.

Since there are so many brands and so many types of toothbrushes in the market today, it gets difficult in finding the right one.

Buy five toothbrushes at the price of three!. This may seem like a nice combo and saving money but specially if there is no brand mark, it is strictly advised not to buy them as those companies do not care about safety and efficiency.

There are many brushes in which, behind the head of the brush, there is a tongue cleaner attached as well. Since the tongue is an important part of the mouth, it is very important to clean it as well.

It is advised not to use a toothbrush for too long as once the bristles wear out, it becomes difficult to clean the inner teeth which are not in normal reach.

In the end, a brush no matter how colourful or what the shape, it should serve its basic purpose and should feel comfortable in the hand, in the mouth and be able to clean all the teeth.
